EEIA Co-sponsors National Summit on Infrastructure and the Environment
Energy Builders and EEIA co-sponsored the National Summit on Infrastructure and the Environment June 20 in Washington, DC. The event was hosted by the Conservation Fund. Keynote speakers included Tom Farrell, CEO of Dominion Energy, and Greg Armstrong, CEO of pipeline operator Williams Companies. The exclusive invitation-only event brought together business leaders, government decision-makers and the conservation community to share innovative approaches to infrastructure development that successfully accelerate approval processes, while also addressing impacts to natural, cultural, and historic resources. Other Summit co-sponsors included the Edison Electric Institute, the American Petroleum Institute, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, and the Nuclear Energy Institute.
