Energy Builder member Gregory Poole Equipment’s Rob Jackson testified July 20 before the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality in favor of permits needed to construct the Atlantic Coast Pipeline through the state. Jackson’s company provides Caterpillar construction equipment to infrastructure projects under development in the state. He cited the jobs and economic benefits that will follow construction of the pipeline, which brings natural gas from the Marcellus formation to power generation and industrial users in North Carolina.
